We pride ourselves on delivering delicious pizzas and exceptional customer service. Understanding that situations may arise where you feel the need to request a refund, we have outlined our Refund Policy for your convenience.
Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at +39 0185 50035. Orders can only be canceled within 10 minutes of placing them. After this timeframe, we cannot guarantee cancellation as your meal may already be in preparation.
Incorrect Orders
If you receive an order that is incorrect, please contact us within 2 hours of receiving your meal. We will need your order number, the details of the issue, and any photos if applicable. Upon verification, we will either offer to remake your meal at no additional cost or provide a refund for the problematic item(s).
Quality Concerns
We stand behind the quality of our food. If your pizza does not meet our high standards, please inform us within 2 hours of receipt. We will request specifics about the issue and may require photographic evidence. After reviewing the claim, if we determine that the product was indeed subpar, you will be given the choice of a replacement order or a refund for that item.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed using the original method of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, the refund will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7 business days of receiving the request. Please contact the bank for postings to your account, as processing times can vary.
For orders paid in cash, you will need to visit Crust & Craft Pizzeria at our location to receive your refund in €. Please bring a valid ID and your original receipt.
Non-Refundable Items
Please note that certain items are non-refundable. This includes delivery charges and tips given directly to our delivery personnel. Additionally, we do not provide refunds for personal preferences on taste or complaints made more than 2 hours after delivery.
Late or Missing Refunds
If your return is approved, but you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often processing time before a refund is posted.
